Lilliput Children’s Services is excited to announce its plans to develop a Kinship Support Services Program in response to the state’s expansion of funds for KSSP services. In collaboration with Sacramento County, Lilliput Children’s Services is in the process of establishing a kinship support services program which will provide a variety of services to kin caregivers and their children and families. Lilliput is working with several community based organizations to reach out to kin families and make support services readily available. Staff will be housed at the Sacramento Children’s Receiving Home, in addition to a newly established south area Lilliput office. The program should be up and running by October 1st. Watch for more details on this exciting new program.
