Sadania joined Lilliput Children’s Services in 2005 having previously worked in child welfare, family preservation, and community based social programs. She has worked at Lilliput as a social worker in the adoptions program, and is currently the social work supervisor for the Kinship Support Services Program. Sadania’s social work career spans 14 years, including providing intensive services to birth families maintaining their families, adoption planning, conducting adoption home studies, and finalizations. She has also participated in social service research, and been a field instructor for MSW interns. Sadania has presented in various forums including the NASW Social Work Conference, California State University East Bay School of Social Work, and 33rd Annual NCAC. She has proven her commitment to social work issues by lobbying the California State government for increased funding to improve working conditions of child welfare workers, and their ability to provide better services to children and families. Sadania holds a B.A. in
Law and Society from University of California at Santa Barbara and a MSW from
University of California at Berkeley. She has been licensed as a LCSW since
2007. |
